Northern California San Francisco From San Francisco, take the Bay Bridge to 580 East, before Stockton bear right towards Los Angeles on 580 East (not forward onto 205 East), take 132 East to Modesto. When you arrive in Modesto, take 99 South To Merced. From Merced take 140 East towards Yosemite. 7 miles after the town of Mariposa you will come into the town of Midpines. Watch for the Midpines Country Store on the right hand side of the roadway. We are 200 yards past the store on the same side of the highway. Watch for our address (6484) and our B&B sign at the base of the driveway. If you see a sign for Oak Road you have gone a bit to far. 3.5 hours from San Francisco ---------- San Jose From San Jose take 99 South to Gilroy. Then take 152 East (Pacheco Pass) towards Los Banos. Once past Los Banos, watch for the Highway 59 cutoff to Merced. (Don't worry if you miss the turnoff.) Once you reach Highway 99 in Merced head south. Take Highway 140 East towards Yosemite. 7 miles after the town of Mariposa you will come into the town of Midpines. Watch for the Midpines Country Store on the right hand side of the roadway.. If you take Interstate 5 South you need to take the crossover (Highway 4) to 99 when you come into Stockton. Once you are on 99 South continue on to Merced. When you arrive in Merced, take 140 East towards Yosemite. 7 miles after the town of Mariposa you will come into the town of Midpines. Southern California Los Angeles From Los Angeles make your way to Bakersfield and take 99 North to Fresno. Take Highway 41 East to Yosemite. When you come to the town of Oakhurst, take Highway 49 South to Mariposa. When you arrive in Mariposa, turn right onto Highway 140. 7 miles after the town of Mariposa you will come into the town of Midpines. Watch for the Midpines Country Store on the right hand side of the roadway.. We are 200 yards past the store on the same side of the highway.
